Artem Barinov

Director, Legal & Tax

Artem joined SCHNEIDER GROUP Kyiv in 2009 as lawyer. In 2015, he was promoted to the head of legal and tax practice, and in 2020, appointed the director for legal & tax. Artem has more than 15 years of professional experience.

Artem advises Ukrainian and international companies on Ukrainian corporate, labour, commercial and tax law, transfer pricing, international taxation and dispute resolution.

He is an expert in wholesale and retail, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, automotive, consulting and IT industries.

Artem graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in Law. In 2018–2019, he studied at the Chartered Institute of Taxation (London) to qualify for an international tax credential (ADIT – Advanced Diploma in International Taxation). Artem passed the qualification exam in 2020 to be awarded a certificate as an attorney-at-law in Ukraine.

Artem speaks 4 languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English and German.
