The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the criteria for identifying critically important enterprises to support the needs of the Armed Forces during a special period.

By Resolution No. 334 dated March 16, 2026 (effective March 17), the Cabinet of Ministers expanded the criteria for determining enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are recognized as critically important for ensuring the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during a special period.
