About us

In 2006 a German citizen Ulf Schneider founded consulting company SCHNEIDER GROUP in Kyiv. He is the president and sole owner of the well-established consulting enterprise that offers international companies services for their market entry and expansion in Ukraine and Poland. After studying economic sciences at the university of Kiel (Germany) and at the University of Illinois (USA) Ulf Schneider has worked for 5 years at Procter & Gamble in the financial management area at different offices in Germany and in Brussels, Belgium. Before setting up SCHNEIDER GROUP, Ulf worked as CFO in Allianz Insurance Company. Ulf regularly participates in public discussions on global trends in international trade and business development. He is a longtime member of charity Rotary Club. Ulf speaks German, English and Russian.

Yuri has been leading the company’s Ukrainian office since 2015. He is responsible for the company’s business development strategy and financial results in Ukraine, client and partner relationships. Yuri has 20 years of executive experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, construction and MLM in Ukraine and abroad with world-renowned international companies. He joined SCHNEIDER GROUP after many years as the General Director of SC JOHNSON (USA) subsidiary in Ukraine, a company with multi-level production, exports to the EU and a strong team of 350 people. At SC JOHNSON Yuri was in charge of sales results, growing market shares and meeting financial and production targets. Throughout his career there, he received two of the company's highest awards (Officer's Award) for successful implementation of complex business projects, including project on SAP implementation in the Ukrainian business unit. Yuri graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, specialising in Economics. He also studied at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, USA). Yuri speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Artem joined SCHNEIDER GROUP Kyiv in 2009 as lawyer. In 2015, he was promoted to the head of legal and tax practice, and in 2020, appointed the director for legal & tax. Artem has more than 15 years of professional experience. Artem advises Ukrainian and international companies on Ukrainian corporate, labour, commercial and tax law, transfer pricing, international taxation and dispute resolution. He is an expert in wholesale and retail, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, automotive, consulting and IT industries. Artem graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in Law. In 2018–2019, he studied at the Chartered Institute of Taxation (London) to qualify for an international tax credential (ADIT – Advanced Diploma in International Taxation). Artem passed the qualification exam in 2020 to be awarded a certificate as an attorney-at-law in Ukraine. Artem speaks 4 languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English and German.

Natalia started at SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2013 as an intern. After successful completion of the internship, she decided to stay with the company and has worked her way up to the current position of accounting project lead. Natalia has deep knowledge in VAT, currency control and international tax structuring, including double taxation treaties. She has more than 7 years of professional experience. Natalia specialises in financial and tax reporting, including reporting according to international financial standards. SCHNEIDER GROUP's international and Ukrainian customers from retail, wholesale, logistics, pharmaceuticals, insurance and IT industries value Natalia's communication skills and attention to detail and fully rely on her professional expertise. Natalia holds a degree in Accounting and Audit from the Kyiv National Economic University and got her Certified Accounting Practitioner certification in 2014. She is currently enrolled in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as a student (ACCA).

Yulia joined the company in 2011 as senior accountant and specialises in taxation issues. Yulia heads the internal controls department in the Kyiv office. Since 2020, she is also responsible for financial monitoring projects. Yulia has over 18 years of professional experience in accounting and taxation. She graduated from Sevastopol State University with a degree in Economics.

Irina joined the company in 2011, working her way up from accounting assistant to accounting project lead. She has in-depth knowledge of accounting and taxation with more than 20 years of professional experience. Irina supports SCHNEIDER GROUP’s clients during tax audits. She graduated from Kyiv Interregional University of Economics with a degree in Economics and Industrial Management. Irina is a qualified German and English translator.

Michal joined SCHNEIDER GROUP Warsaw office as an External Tax Advisor. Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP Michal has spent over 19 years working in taxation for Big Four consulting firms and leading companies. Michal is the author of over a hundred tax publications in the professional press, including two books: International Tax Law and Branches and Representative Offices of Foreign Entities in Poland. Michal is also an experienced trainer in tax law and an academic lecturer notably at the Warsaw School of Economics. Michal graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. Michal speaks Polish and English.

Vitalii joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in 2021. He is responsible for managing interim management and business development projects in Ukraine and Poland. Vitalii has 11 years of international experience in sales, strategy, business development and management for complex technical equipment industry and 19 years of experience in finance, management and administration of international business. Vitalii is a strong analyst and negotiator with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Thanks to his cooperation with KRONE, FX MEILLER, Daimler, SCANIA, ELECTROLUX, he gained a deep understanding of Western business principles and needs of corporate management. He graduated from Kyiv National University of Economics and received an MBA at Steinbeis University Berlin, Germany. Vitalii speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English.

Yolita joined SCHNEIDER GROUP in July 2023 as Head of the office in Vilnius, Lithuania, where she is now responsible for the development of the service portfolio including accounting outsourcing, recruitment, financial, tax and legal advisory, compliance, interim management, as well as business set-up and other services. Yolita's professional experience in management and accounting in international companies runs to more than 15 years. Yolita worked for seven years as CFO at one of the leading national travel agencies, where she was in charge of implementing a new accounting system as part of the company transformation. She worked for several years at a non-governmental organisation as Director of Finance and Administration, with areas of responsibility including integrated financial management, growth potential assessment, human resource development programmes, and IT projects. Prior to this, Yolita was Director of Economics, Internal Audit and IT and Board Member for Hospitality at one of the leading chemical manufacturers. Yolita's core competencies include financial planning and business strategy development, business transformation and human resource management, as well as management in an intercultural environment. Jolita Leparskienė graduated from Vilnius State University with a degree in Economics. Jolita completed the Executive Master of International Business Administration program at the Baltic Management Institute and MBA at Vytautas Magnus University. Jolita speaks Lithuanian, English, Russian and Serbo-Croatian.
