DEVELOPMENT OF A CANDIDATE PROFILE
Together with you we will create the profile f your deal candidate, define recruitment criteria and write up the summary of the position with all needed qualifications, experience and personal qualities required. We can advise on the salary range and help create an attractive compensation package for your candidate.
CAREFUL SELECTION PROCESS
We will interview suitable candidates and present you the most competent one based on the opinion of an HR specialist and a subject-matter expert. We will collect references from previous employers and verify the CV data accuracy and credibility. We will provide a replacement if the selected employee does not pass the probation period.
NEW EMPLOYEE SUPPORT AND ONBOARDING
We will help you prepare a job offer, draw up an employment agreement and all necessary HR documents – in a word we will organise everything needed for your selected new employee to start their job. If needed we’ll completely take over the HR documents management for the new employee.
ASSESSMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES
We can organise the assessment of professional competences of employees in accounting, finance, taxation, law, HR administration and HR. This option is available both during recruitment process and as a standalone project to evaluate your current team.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONNEL
For your accounting, finance, taxation, law, HR administration and HR personnel we can arrange trainings in their professional areas aimed at the competence development.
