A total investment requirement for restoration and reconstruction of Ukraine’s infrastructure is estimated in at least $411 billion (Joint assessment by the World Bank, government of Ukraine, EU, UN, and Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), Mar-2023). The efforts of international governmental and private organizations to combine financing, know-how, innovation and technology are already underway to help Ukraine build back efficiently.
