International organizations such as USAID and the newly formed STATE AGENCY FOR THE RESTORATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE have already announced the first tenders to restore destroyed infrastructure. The total estimated cost of Ukraine’s reconstruction and modernization is about EUR 383 billion. Participation is envisaged for both foreign and domestic companies.
