An updated Procedure for Blocking the Registration of Tax Invoices and Adjustment Calculations will be in effect from November 21.

08/11/2024

On October 18, the Cabinet of Ministers made amendments to the Procedure for Suspending the Registration of Tax Invoices and Adjustment Calculations in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices.

These changes are being implemented to enact the provisions of Law No. 3706-IX regarding the specifics of goods exports during martial law. The new regulations mandate the unconditional registration of tax invoices (TIs) and adjustment calculations (ACs) for export operations under the export guarantee regime and refine the automated monitoring mechanism.

The relevant government resolution, No. 1187 dated October 18, 2024, was published on October 22 and will take effect 30 days after publication (on November 21). However, these changes will not be implemented until the export guarantee regime is activated, tax authorities emphasized.

Additionally, as of October 1, 2024, new forms for TIs, ACs, and VAT declarations are in effect, adapted to the new export rules.
