Changes in the procedure of state registration of a land plot

From 23 June 2022, a functional option was implemented in the software, which allows determining the state cadastral registrars of the State Geocadastre and its territorial bodies based on the principle of randomness, when considering applications for state registration of a land plot and entering information for such transactions:

• implementation of state registration of the land plot in case there is a complete coincidence of the borders of the land plot;
• entry into the State Land Cadastre of information and changes of the information about land plots regarding: the purpose of the land plot, composition of the land, normative monetary valuation of the land, assignment of the land plot to the lands of another administrative-territorial unit (change of address), restrictions on the use of the land plot;
• entry into the State Land Cadastre of information about restrictions on the use of the land plot;
• introduction of changes to the State Land Cadastre of the information on restrictions on the use of the land plot;
• entry into the State Land Cadastre of information / changes on sublease rights, easement.

According to the State Geocadastre, such changes will allow maintaining the neutrality of state registrars and increase the transparency of such processes.
