Critically Important Enterprises Can Reserve More Specialists

Companies can now reserve more specialists, as employees who have been mobilized after May 18, 2024, are included in the total number of conscripts within the enterprise.

If mobilized employees were not automatically included in the total count, the employer must contact the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCRSS) to update their records. Employees who are already reserved by another company are also not included in the list.

Who Can Submit a Reservation Request:

• Legal entities or their branches;
• The company must be included in the Unified List of Critically Important Enterprises (those that support the military, critical infrastructure, the economy, healthcare, etc.);
• Employees must be officially employed;
• The Military Register must indicate that the employee is "excluded from military registration," meaning they work at the company and are not registered at the TCRSS.
