How to Apply for Employee Reservation via Diia.
The Ministry of Economy reminded that applications for employee reservation must be submitted exclusively through the Diia portal. This means that company executives no longer need to issue paper orders, as the entire process is now fully digital. However, if an employee was previously reserved, the previous reservation must be canceled before submitting a new application.
Steps to apply for employee reservation:
- Log in to the Diia portal.
- Select the "Employee Reservation" service and click "Submit an Application".
- Enter the required employee details.
- Confirm their salary level.
- Review the application and sign it (must be done by the company's executive or an authorized signatory).
- Wait for the result – a notification regarding the application review will be sent to the email and the Diia portal.
Reservation Confirmation in the Reserve+ App
Once approved, the reservation will be displayed in the Reserve+ application. If the reservation is granted after updating the company’s critical status, it will be valid for up to one year.
