Issuing an ID card and a foreign passport in a foreign country

Due to Resolution No. 678 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 10 June 2022, which will come into force at the end of the current month, Ukrainians abroad will be able to obtain an ID card and a passport for traveling abroad.

The acceptance of documents will be handled by the State Enterprise "Document".

This service is currently experimental and will be available for two years.
