On April 1, the Law on simplifying the documentation of primary service records came into force.
On April 1, Law No. 4791-IX on simplifying the documentation of primary service records entered into force.
The document introduces amendments to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine.”
A client’s signature on service acceptance certificates is no longer mandatory. The Law grants service providers the right to sign primary documents unilaterally, provided that this is expressly stipulated in a written agreement.
These changes are intended to reduce the administrative burden; however, they do not apply to transactions involving public funds, the lease of state property, or construction activities.
