Single Tax for Group Three Payers: Declaration Submission Deadline.
Group three single tax payers (except e-residents) must submit their declaration quarterly, within 40 calendar days after the end of the quarter. If the last day for submission falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline is extended to the first business day.
The single tax must be paid within 10 calendar days after the deadline for submission. If the payment deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the last payment day is moved to the first business day.
The tax is paid at the taxpayer's tax address.
The State Tax Service of Ukraine's contact center provides consultations to taxpayers, explanations on tax legislation, and assistance in resolving tax-related issues. The total number of inquiries received last year reached 1,062,448.
