The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the criteria for identifying critically important enterprises to support the needs of the Armed Forces during a special period.

By Resolution No. 334 dated March 16, 2026 (effective March 17), the Cabinet of Ministers expanded the criteria for determining enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are recognized as critically important for ensuring the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during a special period.

In particular, the list now includes enterprises that perform contracts concluded with the commands of branches or separate units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the transportation of military cargo, repair, maintenance, and operation of weapons, military and special equipment, ammunition and their components, as well as the procurement of defence-related goods for such purposes.

These changes are expected to contribute to the stable operation of enterprises that directly support the state’s defence needs.
