The Ministry of Defence Expanded Online Mobilisation Deferrals via the Reserv+ App

15/12/2025

The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has expanded the grounds for obtaining mobilisation deferrals through the Reserv+ application. From now on, conscripts whose father or mother has a disability of Group I or II can submit an online request for a deferral.

The Ministry noted that the system automatically verifies data in state registers, and if the grounds are confirmed, the deferral is granted without certificates or visits to the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centre (TRSSC). Information about the granted deferral will appear in the electronic military registration document.

In addition, the Ministry emphasised that the granted deferral will be automatically extended in accordance with the new procedure effective from 1 November 2025.

The Ministry also stresses that a request for this type of deferral may only be submitted if the conscript is the only adult child of the person with a disability and the family has only one parent. If there are other adult children or both parents are present, the request cannot be submitted.
