The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has started testing the military registration function in the “Reserve+” app

According to the Ministry, this will allow some citizens to register remotely without personal visits to Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRCs) and paper-based procedures.

Who can participate

The Ministry of Defense noted that men invited to participate in testing are those who are not yet registered for military service and who:

• Turn 17 years old in 2026;
• Or are between 25 and 59 years old at the time of submitting the application.

The Ministry also emphasizes that for women required to register for military service based on their specialty, online registration is currently unavailable, and in such cases, it is necessary to contact the TRCs and Service Points (SPs).

Men aged 18 to 24 are also not currently included in the testing of this function.

How to participate

1. Fill out the form to participate in the testing.
2. Wait for an email invitation.
3. Install the “Reserve+” app or update it to the latest version.
4. Follow the instructions in the app and submit your application.
5. Receive confirmation and your Reserve ID document.

The Ministry of Defense notes that online registration reduces bureaucracy, alleviates the workload on TRCs and SPs, and simplifies the procedure for citizens.
