Updated form for declaring maximum retail prices on excise goods

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has updated the form of the Declaration on Maximum Retail Prices for Excise Goods (Products). These changes were introduced by Order No. 433 dated September 9, 2024, titled “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No. 359 dated March 25, 2015.” Order No. 433 was published in the Official Gazette of Ukraine on October 30, 2024 (Issue No. 90). According to Paragraph 4 of this order, it came into force 30 days after its official publication, i.e., on November 29, 2024.
