Updated Schedule of Documentary Tax Audits for 2025

The State Tax Service of Ukraine has updated the schedule of documentary planned audits of taxpayers for the year 2025.

As a reminder, the schedule consists of four sections.

On June 26, only Section IV was updated — "Documentary planned audits of legal entities regarding the accuracy of calculation, completeness, and timeliness of payment of personal income tax, military levy, and the unified social contribution for compulsory state social insurance."

As of the specified date, this section includes 266 taxpayers.

For reference:

Section I – "Documentary planned audits of legal entity taxpayers" includes 3,419 legal entities (data as of March 28, 2025);
Section II – "Documentary planned audits of financial institutions, permanent establishments, and representative offices of non-residents" includes 173 taxpayers (data as of March 28, 2025);
Section III – "Documentary planned audits of individual taxpayers" includes 1,027 individuals (data as of March 26, 2025).
